What a perfect home base for a few days in Ft Lauderdale! Walkable to all the Las Olas hotspots, amazing gym and pool area, and spacious unit. We’ll be back!

The 2-bedroom suite in East wing was just ok. Quite small with no table for eating. There was quite a bit of mold in the shower around the tiles near the ground. Stark appearance. West wing room was better, large, clean and dining table was appreciated. Waits for the elevator on west side is crazy! The amount of dogs in this building is problematic for people with fear of dogs or allergies. The tenants of the building don’t always clean up after their dogs and came down to feces in the hallway on ground level one morning. It is a condo building, not a hotel. Problem with west side of hotel is the train tracks right behind the building! The trains are loud and frequent and the dinging of the railway safety arms are a complete and utter annoyance. Overall, I suggest you understand what you are looking for and what you’re willing to put up with before booking here.

When we first walked into the hotel, I told my husband we absolutely had to come back and stay here again. The room design, décor, and facilities were truly a visual delight. Everything looked beautiful and impressive. However, about an hour later, I was shocked to realize that the railway tracks were right beside the hotel. You will fell like Harry Potter about to be summoned back to school. Even with the doors and windows fully closed, the noise and vibration were extremely loud. After checking online, I learned that trains run frequently both day and night. I went to the front desk to ask if we could switch to a quieter room, as my baby would likely be startled awake repeatedly and wouldn’t be able to sleep at all. The front desk staff were very kind and helped us move to a room on the 19th floor facing another building. The unit was much smaller, and although we could still hear the trains, it was more tolerable, so I decided to accept it. Unfortunately, I thought that was the end of the issue but another nightmare began at night. There was extremely loud clubbing music coming from the wharf area outside, continuing until 4 a.m. I could not sleep at all. The volume was incredibly loud. Either the hotel’s soundproofing is very poor, or the acoustics amplify outside noise. It was truly a nightmare. I have never experienced a hotel stay where noise kept me awake until 4. Not recommended if you want a nice sleep and clean room.

First, the noise. A train passes directly behind the building and it is extremely loud, yet this is not clearly disclosed when booking. If you’re a light sleeper, you will not sleep. Second, the building is not set up like a proper hotel. For a 30+ floor West Tower, there are only two elevators. We regularly waited 10+ minutes just to go up or down, with multiple guests visibly frustrated. The lobby escalators also barely worked, making it very inconvenient with luggage and bags Service was a major issue. They market themselves as a hotel, but there is no automatic housekeeping, no room service, and very limited staff support. We requested housekeeping and fresh towels through their help number and were met with snarky responses and no action. After waiting hours for basic towels, we were told to come downstairs to get them ourselves and that sheet changes would cost $150 USD, contradicting what front desk staff told us After raising concerns and being out for the day, we returned to find our bathroom door locked, which felt extremely unprofessional and invasive. At checkout, no one knew about the situation Basic amenities were also missing: no safe, no full-length mirror, and no balcony furniture. Parking is $40+ per night despite cheaper options meters away. Our key cards were also deactivated a full day before checkout Great location near the Riverwalk, but the noise, lack of service, and overall experience do not justify the price. This feels more like an apartment

The flow is both a hotel and residences. We stayed on the hotel side and we stayed for 3 nights and were woken up by the train as well as partygoers. We ran out of coffee in our room and there is no phone located in the room to call front desk. I went down to request more coffee pods and they said they would be brought up to the room. 5 hrs later still no coffee pods had to go back down to front desk. Pool area is nice with great views however no towels to use in pool area they expect you to use towels in your room. Lastly no free wifi for hotel guests only free in the lobby If this hotel wants to be like a hotel you need to offer services like other hotels. Would not recommend staying here

The room was clean and nice, the problem was there was a dog barking from 8:00 pm until about 7:00 am, constantly. It was in a room adjacent to us and there was no way to rest as a result. The place is nice, and the staff seemed great. But maybe mixing residential and hotel is the cause of this particular issue.

Where do I start? 1) Our feet were black when we initially walked through our 3-B suite. We had to literally request our place to be remopped 2) No Wifi the ENTIRE stay - asked every day to get our wifi going.. they would respond they sent a request but havent heard back. 3) Reimbursement where? I was initially told upon check out my wifi reimbursement would day 5-7 business days. A few days later i received my deposit refund and i told them i received the deposit back but not the reimbursement. they told me it could now take up to 10 business days. Welp... its not been 15 business days. I sent one follow up.. nothing. Second follow up.. cricket crickets. I am not sure if they have a reliable management team but I am beyond frustrated. I am really not the type of person to complain often but when you really push me to this point and I have to take it to google to try to get your attention...well.. you know its a big issue.

Our room was wonderful, staff was courteous and helpful at check in. Unfortunately we checked out a night early due to strong paint fumes filling our room on our second day. They may have been full but not much effort was made to accommodate us. I was assured I would be followed up with by a manager in the following days. Nobody reached out. That’s poor customer service.
