「When checking in they already said we were checked in because they gave our room to a guest with a similar name. We waited 3 hours for another room to be ready and when we got in we seen cockroaches. The place was not clean, there was a half full red solo cup on the kitchen counter and a VERY nasty dish sponge. We turned around and left the property. When we asked for a refund we were told there is no refund. BEWARE of this place.」

「My familly came in 2 days before our cruise. The house was amazing, great location there is a few fast food and store right around the corner to grab and bring back. Air port, cruise terminal was also close. House had toys and water toys for the kids, beds was nice and house was upkept. Outside pool was nice for kids to play in while we relaxed under the tiki hut, we did not use grill or stove but well equipt with things you may need, pots pans, coffee maker umoung other things was there to use....

The state of the home was far beyond its self titled “Glam”, it was embarrassing.
