"Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. "

"Staff was on 24/7 and very helpful. Location was great. Room had 2 queens and bunkbeds along with small kitchen area. Very nice for a small family. And it was close to the boardwalk. Only problem we had was there was a remote missing for the tv in the bedroom, but we weren't there to watch tv. And the bathroom sink was clogged up when we got up in the morning. I'm sure they would have fixed the problem immediately, but it was 3 am and we didn't want to bother anyone. I would highly recommend this place."

"Staff was excellent. Check-in was very professional and friendly. However, the lamp shade in my room was cracked and there was hair on the bathroom sink. The room has a smell of mildew and the floor gets damp for no reason. I mean the entire floor! This was thoughout the whole room. It would be damp and sticky and then it dries. Not sure if it was from the AC but it was strange. Room reminds me of a prison cell. The lobby smells really good though."

"Checking in was ok but needs work. It seems like nobody acknowledges you as a patron of their business these days. You get a weird stare followed by incomplete details of the amenities that the property offers. I had to pry for information. If check-in etiquette and attitudes improved, it will be a five star rating"

"Staff was nice room was okay, bathroom was kinda dirty shower did not have a liner so the floor was soaked after a normal shower with just a cloth curtain available"
