The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. "My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover.
