"Airport shuttle was OK, long wait. Carpet was wet throughout. There were 5 of us so clearly booked because of the ability to have a pull out sofa. The pull out mattress was absolutely horrible, linens provided were thread bare, only one pillow. Called the desk for a blanket, never delivered. Phone did not work consistently. We did not eat breakfast. "

"We unfortunately did not stay at this property. Upon arrival late at night, we decided not to stay due to safety concerns. The elevator malfunctioned twice while we were exiting, and on one occasion it closed on my arm, causing a bruise. Additionally, the unit only has one lock on the main door, and there is a random door in the kitchen that leads directly to the main hallway, which made us feel uncomfortable. Because of these issues, and other little things, we left and found alternative accommodations. We have reached out to the company about a refund but have not yet received a resolution. I would recommend that future guests be aware of these safety concerns before booking."
