Staff was courteous as were the other guests. Room wss clean and functional. Older building could use some updates however everything serves its purpose. Pool good, nice outdoor shower unfortunately hot top not working.

Relaxing fun weekend

Just wanted a relaxing weekend away for the holiday and merry lots of nice guys from all over. Staff was great a usual. Bed seems to be updated since the last time i was here, very comfy memory foam topper.

It's a gay hirel. Looks like ir dates back to the 50s. The 11 rooms could use some updating. Outdoor facilities very pleasant. Friendly place.

Great place for a getaway

Great place to stay, some guests had attitude, taking about others including myself behind my back but did not realize i was there in the pool. Informed owner is not his fault. It's what you expect to get for a kink friendly place like this. Owner is very friendly

Room furnishings and towels are a bit shabby. “New” Coffee pack was moldy so I couldn’t make coffee. No instructions for tv and no WiFi code provided. At least room ac unit works fine. Staff gave me check in instructions when I called. Good thing I called as the office was closing at 5pm (there was no notice to me about that ).

Cozy & relaxed men-only Bed & Breakfast

Cozy little male only (clothing optional) motel. Leather Inn is a great place to relax, tan, swim, chat, hangout, and a great location as a home base for the weekend. It’s fully fenced in with a privacy fence. Yes, the bedrooms may need some updating, but you’re not staying at the Ritz-Carlton so lower those standards and expectations right off the bat. Room: no frills, but a kitchen, bathroom, living room, queen sized bed, tv with cable, made my room (4) a very spacious solo trip. Doug, the manager, is friendly, hospitable, and always eager to meet and greet both regulars and first timers. I spoke with him directly about some very easy and minor tweeks to the weekend, but was more of housekeeping related issue and a change in a lamp shade. The only thing I forgot to mention, but would change would be the microwave in room 4. Wasn’t working well, and that’s a very easy fix! Outside guests ARE allowed in, wink wink, and that was fun. Weather was crummy (it was overcast all weekend and very windy) so unfortunately not a ton of men there, but I still would rate the weekend and overall stay 5 stars. I very much will be making return trips in the future!

No one cleaned my room the entire six days I stayed after even speaking to the owner and some staff. Robbed twice - once with someone who came into my room who said he was interested in "playing around" but ended up stealing my wallet (he was there for only five minutes). One the plus side, the owner's boyfriend ended up retrieving most of my money from the thief after confronting him the next day (he was well known by the staff) which I very much appreciated. The second time I was robbed was when all my Xmas toys were stolen from my car parked in front of the guesthouse. Police were called and fingerprinted my car, and checked out the one surveillance camera to no avail. Did meet some wonderful guests and enjoyed the heated pool but the hot tub was broken to the dismay of all. Did appreciate the delicious Christmas brunch they offered. But, the television could only get one channel the entire week, fortunately, it was NBC. In addition, when I departed the room, I accidentally left clothes on the hook in the bathroom and was told they were not there when I called from my home, knowing they most certainly were, and were NOT in my luggage as was suggested by the handsome desk attendant. Also, on my last day, a friend who lived in the area, said that this guesthouse was once the "talk of the town" but has since fallen into disrepair. I will not be returning, Finally, the it was reported to me that "everyone in town knows the code to the gate" Not good to hear.

Always enjoy staying here

Staff is always friendly and has a great private pool to lounge in and catch some rays or just relax. Rooms are decent for the price and the mattress was very comfortable. Mini fridge is nice and complimentary cold bottles of water were inside.

Hot Stay!

It was very nice everybody was very pleasant it is a leather gay hotel so it is exactly what you are expecting but it's done in a very nice way. Every room includes a sling!!!
