"Very clean room. Quick check in. Easy beach access and lots of food choices on property. Only issue was the ladies in the soda shop were not friendly at all and seemed annoyed to be there."

"Property was excellent. The staff was courteous and always helpful. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. The amenities were awesome and the food was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel itself was classic Ritz. Beautiful property, great room, attentive staff. The only negative callout is that the beach area is not private for Ritz guests so you get random people setting up next to you, listening to loud music, having family picnics, etc. There were also vendors that periodically came by offering food, drinks, etc. "

"I had to ask three times just to get some extra pillows brought to the room. Eventually the person at the front desk ran them to the room herself.But this was after I waited over eight hours. We were in the marina side, and the room itself was in worse shape than most motel sixes, i've been in. This property definitely needs a facelift. The pool area was nice, but the DJ was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation with someone without yelling. "
