"We booked a king room, only to be told we’d have to stay in a double because they overbooked the kings. Disappointing to say the least. Staff was apologetic, but that didn’t change the fact that I had to sleep separate from my wife."

The staff was so so - the reception ladies keep talking in their language which felt a bit odd when we were checking in. takes away from the welcome to our hotel experience. "
