"It’s a nice enough hotel and I love the kitchens and separate seating areas, but it’s time for them to update it. Our room was missing parts of the tv cabinet facing, 2 of which you could tell had doors previously because they left some of the hardware. It left exposed wires which made me glad my toddler wasn’t with us. The 2 bathroom doors are annoying to deal with and leave a gap in the middle when closed, which gives whomever is laying in bed a perfect line of sight to the person on the toilet. It’s the little details that normally make Hyatt house stand out, but this particular location needs to work on those. The staff was outstanding, though!"

"This was a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were also very nice. We will stay here everytime we fly into Fort Lauderdale. Also had a nice shuttle to our cruise port for $15 per person charge, which was very affordable and convenient for us. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lugar muy lindo y céntrico para vacacionar, nos gustó que todo lugar de comida era saludable y todo muy cerca del hotel. Nos gustó la piscina agua caliente lo único que no dejaban usar la piscina después de las 5pm un tiempo muy corto para cuando llegas de compras ya no puedes disfrutar de la piscina un 0 en eso. Lo demás muy bien limpieza, aire, sin ruido y cerca de las tiendas"

"Staff were amazing. It's across Dania Pointe that has lots of shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and front desk manager was very helpful and caring. Room was really spacious. I was surprised. There were 2 TVs and I could watch my shows on Netflix at night. It had a kitchen with big fridge. There were few glasses, plates, pots and silverware. I like that there's central a/c and not the one below the windows like so many other hotels have. I hate such a/c's because they're loud and they make me sick. I always get congested. This hotel has central a/c which is great. Housekeepers were wearing gloves and they do a good job. I didn't like the carpet in the room which was dirty. They should remove all the carpets. Also, there's no variety at the breakfast. It's same every day. They mixed up the labels one day and I ate omelette with pork until I saw meat in it. I'm vegetarian. I got sick with my stomach that day. They should be more careful with labels and provide some options for vegetarians. I didn't like the breakfast. Also, one elevator was broken for a week. There are 2 elevators at the hotel. Overall, this is the best hotel in Ft Lauderdale area. I stayed at many hotels in this area. They charge $25/day deposit which could be less."
