「Friendly staff」

「学会出席のため利用。　空港からタクシーを利用したが、玄関がないため、直結しているモール横で降ろされる。そこから徒歩でロビーを目指すが、よくわからなかず、すごく不便だった。結局、駐車場とエレベータが同じなので、レンタカーを利用していたら便利なんだろう。このエレベータもドアがオートロックで、部屋のキーがない場合、誰かくるのをまつか、インターホンで説明しないといけない。セキュリティー上だと思うが、非常に不便だ。　チェックアウトの際も、朝の5時過ぎだったが、ホテルのレシートが部屋のドアに置いてあった。おそらく、フロントで対応したくないからなのか、適当やなとおもった。案の定、フロントに人はいなくて、ちょっとしたらバツが悪そうにでてきた。タクシーを呼びたかったのでしかたなかったにしても、対応が悪い。今までで最悪だと思う。　部屋についても、ネットでみるものと想像以上に狭かったし、ロビーのフロアにあるセキュリティーが弱い（ロビー以上の2階より上の階へエレベータでいくには、部屋のキーが必要）部屋になったので、絶句した。しかも海側でなかったので海も見れず。　アメリカでホテルを選ぶいい勉強になった。」

「This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. This property also has valet parking for a fee and friendly staff always available to give a helping hand. The condo we had...
