They shared that they were on a new system and they could not use it. We had a two reservations for March 9 and I have been trying to cancel one for weeks, but it still showed up. We were there the night before the cruise and tried to cancel it there. When we arrived after the cruise, both reservations were still there. When we left, they could not print us a receipt. We could only get one that stated $0 charges and $0 payments. Other than that, it was a great place to stay around a cruise. "
