"Our 6th time here..we love the hotel and closeness to beach...new policy is crazy though to pay for parking. Need to put it back the way it was with complementary parking to folks at hotel."

"The location was convenient for most of what I wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is right on the beach, but due to that there were often people hanging out in the parking lot smoking near by etc... My room was fine; a bit awkward but fine for one person. The bathroom had many extras and storage which was nice. My windows faced the beach, but one whole side was blurred/smudged out I guess from being old. My room was near the elevator and it was very loud both nights. Sounded like many drunk people in the hallway. The breakfast and amenities were disappointing. The parking area was ok, but you are charged for it. I would pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time."

"There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but to charge the full amount for the day you check in (which is late) and the day you check out (which is early) is unacceptable. When I see companies screwing their customers like this, I make a point of not returning."

"Clean hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Finding registration was not easy and parking until registered was horrible. Hotel has great pool and bar."

"Could not see water from condo. On arrival the door would not open and had to call owner to find battery charger for door. Beds were not made up. And one mattress in front room had a booster pad but it was not on properly aligned and could not fix without taking bed apart.. fan and TV didn't work in front bedroom and missing light bulb in lamp. Condo was clean and well appointed. Nice except for little issues."

"The beach view was is the distance with several buildings partially obstructing the view. Fresh towels, paper cups and waste baskets emptied each day- bed linens every 3rd day. Breakfast was limited buffet, repetitive hot choices, pancake machine difficult to operate. The breakfast room itself was very nice and comfortable with different seating choices. "

"Such a cute, beachy home. VERY clean. Short walk to the beach! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay there again."

"Great location! Condo was perfect for us for the few days we spent in Fernandina. Within walking distance from the beach, and close to Ft. Clinch."
