"Very relaxed hotel "

"The guy Jesus at check in was not very helpful gave us wrong room at first for a family of 4 he checked us into a king and was distracted by the soccer game. The rest of the staff were very amazing. Especially Geraldine in restaurant. She was amazing and so sweet. We all really loved her. Also there was a wonderfully kind lady at front desk last night her name started with a K but i can’t remember her name. She was so kind and told us about concerts in the area with Pit Bull. She really cared about us and wished to give us pointers on all the places to go and enjoy our time. She was in early 30s or late 20s African American. She’s amazing!!"

"Front desk Jennifer upgraded our room for free. Beach was not as beautiful like Destine. But for an overnight stay with a huge pool and beach front that’s near in the Cruise terminal it’s worth it, book this Hotel you won’t regret it. You car is safe with Valet staff. It’s the Cheapest around the area but clean and good staff- that matters most to an overnight travellers like us! Thank you!"

"I booked 2 rooms due to have 2 adults and 5 children. This place was books several months in advance and the rooms were booked at the same reservation. I was never told how far away the 2 rooms were going to be before arriving. I would have found a larger place. One room was on the first floor all the way at the very of end the very long property. The second room was on the second floor more than halfway across the property. It was quite frustrating to get eve together and ready and packing to leave was extremely difficult. I was quite upset that when 2 rooms were booked for 1 family, no communication in as given ahead of time The rooms themselves were clean and as described. Kitchens were fully stocked with dinnerware and extras. Extra towels and beach gear was a nice surprise. Each room had its own patio. Comfortable beds. The toilet on the first floor room was so long when you would flush it and I'm not sure of it was the plumbing but when you took a shower in the bathroom it was loud too. Traffic was very loud on the property. Not much to keep the noise out. It was also located right night to an ambulance bay."
