「The Sunny was such a beautiful hotel. From the beach view, amazing pool, stunning rooms, and absolutely amazing hospitality, we couldn’t get enough of it. The staff was so kind and kept reaching out to see how they could make our stay better. Definitely will be staying here again!」

「立地、景色サイコー」

「**Unsanitary Conditions, Terrible Service — Never Again!** I stayed at the Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort October 9–12, 2026, and would NEVER stay here again. 「Service food cleaning The Best」

「Great place to stay!」

「Amazing experience! Perfect location, close to everything, and a super comfortable room. My 3rd time here and I highly recommend!」

「Pool, tiki bar, and beach staff were excellent Had great food and drinks Only issue was carpet was filthy in room and we ended up vacuuming it ourselves Asking for hand towels and wash clothes was never rectified after asking 4 times. Otherwise the views are amazing and we will chalk up the cleaning service as a fluke 」

「The property should disclose a new high rise is being constructed immediately next to the building so be prepared for constant construction noise. Also the beach did not offer umbrellas when the properties to each side had umbrellas for guests.」

「Great place! Easy to work with host! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!」

「The a/c didn’t work. Not enough towels, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner for a week. No maid service. I wasn’t aware of the “access fee” on top of the booking so I paid an extra $135 a night..」

「Property has a lot of wear but there was a good attempt to make it clean. Several things were missing or broken. The living area had one large window with no blinds. Property is convenient but check in is confusing. Mattresses are terrible.」
