"The place is very nice "

"The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!"

"It's a short walk from the beach, and beach towels and chairs are provided. The front desk staff had amazing customer service and the pool is beautiful. I would definitely stay again."

"This resort hotel is very nice. The staff is awesome. They make helping you or accommodating your needs seem effortless. I felt it was odd to have valet without choice at first, and then to see how nice it was to have your car on demand as needed."

"Owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy and very quick! He even went as far as giving us a night for free because we have flight issues that delayed our arrival. Overall the Apt. was very clean and smelled great. The hotel itself is very classy and family friendly. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need within 2 miles from you. Beach was incredible and so was the pool. Everything is very well kept! We will definitely be going back in the future and highly recommend for family’s or just you and your partner! Great location and wonderful Owner!"

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly especially the front reception manager Danielis who was very helpful. She walked me through the process when I decided to extend my stay by another 6 days and remain in the same room we were occupying. Very nice lodgings and amenities. Valet staff were fast and amazing to deal with as per the pool staff and especially...John John. Well done everyone!"
