Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact seacoast suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Sink was plugged staff was unkind and rude. Paul was outdated and nasty. Never used it. The bar tender was rude. Beach axes was not near. Only thing we liked about the room was the view. It took two hours to get towels. And no one ever came and fixed our sink.

We didn’t have the apartment shown on the VRBO listing, but it was spacious & had a nice pool, Louie’s restaurant, access to beach & boardwalk. Uber & Uber eats were very accessible. Also, close to Fontainebleau which is worth checking out.

Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht
Die Anlage und die Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovation. Die Wände bröckeln. Der Teppich ist eklig und es hat keine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Spätcheckin sei unmöglich hiess es, danach gegen saftigen Aufpreis möglich. Wir haben darauf verzichtet. Alles in allem, man ist grad am Strand aber alles andere enttäuschend.

The apartment was not the one in the pictures, not enough towels, and a bit dirty. I called the front desk four times with no response, called housekeeping for more towels with no response. Also requested a cart to take our luggage downstairs with no response. I’m not impressed. Other than the beautiful views, spacious apartment, and nice lobby, nothing else was that great!

Great place to stay
We stayed here for 3 nights before we took our cruise. It is a great place to stay of traveling with friends or family. The only downside is there are no stores for groceries within walking distance

Nice two bedroom condo. Balcony had a nice view of the pool area and ocean. Great sunrise view. Condo has two full baths which was a major plus.

Perfect 3Day Getaway
We had a 3-day stay in our apartment. The location was perfect, between the beach, shopping, nightlife and dining. Very easy access to all activities at a reasonable price and a beautiful view and location.

Beautiful location
Das Appartement und die Lage waren sehr schön. Hübsche Ausstattung, sauber, freundlich, hell und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Traumhafter Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Balkon direkt auf das Meer. Die Küche zwar mit hochwertigen Geräten, war zum Kochen aber nur sehr sparsam ausgestattet . Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage( die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regeln, sodass es sehr kalt war), die auch über die gesamte Zeit nicht behoben werden konnten. Alles in Allem aber sehr zu empfehlen.
