「It was a side view of city and beach, great but couldn't see directly in front of hotel. balconies are side by side but no one beside us was on theirs. Construction next door bothersome in daytime. When the building goes up I'm afraid the view will be blocked. Host stayed in contact, safe for families. 」

It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable.
