Great stay!

The resort was wonderful! The room was perfect... just as described. The staff was helpful and very friendly! The amenities were also wonderful! I think this will be our go to spot in Sunny Isles.

The space exceeded our expectations. Two rooms separated that worked perfectly with teens. Great location. Beach set up was nice and so easy with the beach service. Highly recommend.

What a delightful little gem on Sunny Isles!

We would definitely stay here again. Every one of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, from the front desk and valet to the wonderful persons in housekeeping and grounds. The condo was clean and well maintained. My family said what a great place! Well done Marenas Resort!

Amazing Views, great resort!

The perfect size for us. View was amazing, and the resort had all you needed to enjoy the ocean and beach. The only improvement would be to install smart TV's as the channel lineup is not the best.

We were 2 couples looking to stay in Miami for a few days after a Caribbean cruise. The property suited us perfectly, in a lovely area on the beach. Clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend!

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were actually upgraded to a penthouse and it was beautiful and had lots of room for our group. The property is older but in very good condition. The pool is a little small, but nice and warm. My family enjoyed it very much.

Great beach friendly staff.

The accommodations were wonderful, clean, and organized. A champagne greeting on arrival is a nice touch. The staff is kind and responsive. The location, away from all the noise, traffic, and nightlife, is great, and the ocean is calmer without huge waves. It is perfect for soaking and swimming.

Awesome vacation!

We loved Marena’s Resort and the condo was amazing. The views were fantastic and the condo was clean and furniture updated and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Check in was a breeze and property manager was great to work with and incredibly fast to get back to our inquiries. Will definitely be back! Thanks for the great memories.

Incredible views with an entertaining balcony and hot tub!

This is the perfect penthouse for 2-3 couples as there are 3 full bathrooms, PLUS an upstairs balcony that we didn’t even know about beforehand! It is the PERFECT entertaining space, overlooking the ocean, with its own hot tub, seating and dining area, with outdoor wall space if you brought a projector for the big game! Can’t wait to return!!

Everything about our stay was great! Check in was painless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas, pools and beach were very nice. Units were just as listed, maybe even better! Russian Dinner getaway

The ocean views were fantastic. The property was inviting. The connected units, effectively a huge suite, was the perfect place. We relaxed in the living room before heading out to dinner which was a short Lyft ride away. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. The units were exceptionally clean and had all the accompaniments we could have asked for.

Husband 60th Birthday Getaway!

I love staying at the Marenas. The atmosphere as soon as you enter is welcoming even the scent. The direct ocean view is everything. There are just a few things I would add in the unit. A nice deodorize scent use would be nice in the unit Paper towel Carpet clean and deodorize

We had a great time with our group. Hotel staff is amazing! Bar staff amazing . Condo itself was clean and view is spectacular. Only negative was the coffee machine was very small and didn’t seem to work that well. Also, no wine opener. Other than these minor things, it was a great weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Great clean place . Laundry in room thats plus. Kitchen is clean includes all dishes cups plates pots pans silverware u name it .. Dishwasher . Huge fridge .. shampoo body-wash .. coffe maker Starbucks coffee .. little smell and bit moisy If u want to sit on balcony. New building is building up so thats bit noisy and smell comes up during the day while they work ..

Beautiful Beach Apartment

The apartment is lovely and we slept well. However, every morning around 7AM, the construction on the building next door would begin and last all day long. It was horrible to be in the pool area or on our balcony because of the constant drilling, hammering, trucks and bulldozing. Also, with the resort fees, VRBO fees, special fees, cleaning fees and valet fees, the nightly price is actually double what the advertised rate is. The chairs on the balcony as shown have cushions but in reality they are wicker and not comfortable for any length of time. This part of Miami is beautiful though, the restaurant across the street, "Miami Juice" is wonderful and with a Sproutz restaurant down the street, the location is great. I would choose a different building next time that is not located to a construction zone and this property will be next to a construction zone for years into the future since the high rise next store, is just getting started.
