"I wish I had known more about this hotel before booking. Upon checking in, the room had someone else in it when we tried to open the door and the desk staff really did not care when told about this key detail!!! That alone was a terrrible start to the stay and could have turned so ugly - it barely got a shrug at the front desk. There were a lot of problems with the room from a broken toilet seat to a broken coffee machine, there was no service to the room over three days, a completely outdated, and unmaintained gym, old elevators, a dog walking the hallway with no leash on it and a vibe that there is something illegal taking place in some of the rooms. The evening staff is often missing, and no one answers the phone! We would never stay there again. However I would like to acknowledge Lloyd who is a wonderful person, and should be given a raise! "

"Lots of people were there for cruises, so the breakfast area was a mess. Transportation to and from the hotel to airport is third party, and terrible…. But obviously not the hotels fault. Hotel is in a good location to everything with a Denny's and McDonald’s in the parking lot. Overall clean but can use some updating. I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"I was told when I called the hotel that the airport shuttle was always available. When I arrived at the airport I was told that there was no shuttle. This was NOT a good surprise."

"I don't think this property was worth the excellent rating. The staff was very nice and efficient, but one elevators did not work causing a delay of around 10 minutes to get on and get downstairs. Staff members informed me that the elevator had been out for quite some time. The room smelled like dampness or mold when we walked in. There was mold in the shower and in the sink we will not return to this property"
