"Airport shuttle was provided. When we got there, I was informed that I was already checked in. Went up to the room and our keys did not work & someone was already in that room. Had to drag all of our luggage back down & inform the front desk. She argued with me at first, stating that I had checked in online & had chosen that room. She finally listened to me & assigned us to another room. In the new room (308) only the lights by the bed worked; neither floor lamp would turn on, but the room was clean & quiet, and obviously dim. As for the mix up: come to find out another guest with my first name checked in @ 5 am that day & they ended up swapping our info. Hopefully there will not be an issue down the line. Would stay again. "

"I had a terrible experience with the desk staff, i arrived at 1:30 and was informed that I would have a room ready before I got back from lunch. I returned from lunch around 3:30 the room was not ready. I was told it would be 10 minutes; the room was not ready till 4:40. there was a sheet of "room service" on the deck in the room, I called and ordered food, which was not delivered and cost $78.00. I went down to the front desk and was told that service was discontinued. I was told I would be able to speak to a manager in the morning, there was no manager there to speak to, the deck clerk at that time told me the person at the desk didn't know what he was talking about when he told me the service was discontinued and I was just out of my $78.00. This was the worst I have ever been treated at hotel"

"We stayed on a Sunday after getting off a cruise ship. We arrived before 9 am. I greatly appreciate the properties availability to store our luggage until a room was ready, as well as the comfort of the lobby area to wait in. Also, the fact that a room was made ready prior to standard check in time for us to comfortably rest after our trip was fabulous. Also, our daughter's best friend's flight was cancelled and she had to return to our room. The staff treated her well when she arrived in the middle of the night and thankfully it worked out that she could continue her stay in our room the next night, until she was able to get a flight out. We appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff of the Cambria and would stay here again! Kelley McNees"
