「Breakfast was frozen. Get rid of that crap and purchase a steamer and make real eggs. Takes 10 minutes for a good product. At the airport we saw the shuttle and asked if it was for Hampton Inn South Port. He said no. We waited an hour and called the hotel again and said he was there once. Same driver showed up, checked the address on the bus. Another lady asked the same question, again the answer was no this is for South. He had NO CLUE that the hotel was South Port and very grumpy. ...

「Loved the front desk staff! Exceptionally helpful! The room was perfect!」

「The overall stay was ok. The lobby was beautiful but the rooms needed a pick me up. There is only one free cleaning so during our 8 night stay only one free cleaning. There were no parking so we had to pay valley parking everyday $30 and the main tamco like the curtain in the room was dirty but the staff were pleasant. Roof top was awful and dirty. Hotel has more potential just need some tTLC on the property.」

「客室は清潔でした。」
