"Average hotel with basic customer service. First room had a damaged bathroom, and the second assigned room had cockroaches. Breakfast was very basic, and the facilities are in dire need of renovation."

"The bathroom was very dirty. Specifically the tub. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The television channels went in and out a lot. Rooms are not soundproof so it was pretty loud at times. One of the elevators was really scary to get on due to the floor in there. This place just needs a few cosmetic touch ups. The staff that is there until 11pm I forget their names were really nice and helpful. But the others were not too friendly."

"The room had not been vacuumed in awhile. Found 2 dead roaches under the desk. Daily housekeeping didn’t happen. Trash was not emptied. Stayed 4 nights and every night when we returned, our keys did not open the door. Eventually we would pick up new keys before going to our room. Water pressure was poor in the shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Provided shuttle service, for a fee, to airport and cruise port. Property was very nice. "
