"It was the perfect one night stay for me and my mom"

"My room stayed clean. Housekeeping came by everyday to refresh. The front desk lady (dark skinned with an accent, wish I remember her name) and the the short white lady (Hispanic I think, but I also don’t remember her name) really stood out to me. They’re customer service was amazing and they made my stay even better."

"Positives: Check in was easy, I was impressed by the size of the living area in the one bedroom suite. We slept well because the bed was super comfortable. The place was extremely clean. I spent the whole time in the room working. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in our suite since I wanted to cook meals rather than spend a lot eating out. However.... The negatives: There were no baking dishes to use so I had to fry things on top the stove. There were not enough utensils. The bed took up most of the space in the bedroom. The outlet in the kitchen stopped working on the last night of our stay, so we were without the use of the microwave. Maintenance came at an inconvenient time (while we were taking showers and packing up to leave). Check out was also a hassle by the front desk person. Our stay ended leaving a negative impression. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal when I told her I had already paid for my 3 nights but it didn't show up in her computer. She was very unfriendly. I had to show her on my phone where I had been charged on my credit card for the room and also a $200 pet fee for bringing my cat. This was the most I have ever paid to bring a pet. These things are why my review is only 3 stars."

"The pool is small and nothing great, but the kids still enjoyed it. The hotel had a pool table that the kids and I loved. We played a lot while we were there. However the rooms are tiny with not a lot of storage space. Also our sink kept clogging, we’d have to hold the stopper up for it it drain, kind of gross after brushing your teeth. The staff was alright. Nothing too outstanding but not rude"

"Staff was helpful and great"

"They were fantastic about letting us check in early, however, we had to call maintenence in the first 30 min due to the tub not draining. Then my 2yr old grandson found a random pill on the floor and we had to call poison control to find out what it was. The staff was very responsive in coming to the room to clean again and they even changed out all of the bedding just to make sure there wasn't anything else. I think they could've avoided the hassle of they had just thoroughly cleaned the room to begin with."
