"The floor in the room was dark woodgrain tile, after walking around the room in our bare feet, then getting into the shower, the floor of the shower was filthy from the dirt on our feet. Reported this to the front staff, they simply asked the room number, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The corner chair in the room had a large stain on the cloth seating."

"The hotel was very clean, rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool was well kept though we did have a raccoon visit us this morning at the pool. Few stray cats but they didn’t seem to be bothered or bother anyone. Lots of food choices and shopping in the area. We will definitely stay again as it was close to the cruise port and airport."

"I booked this property for the pool and hot tub area which was beautiful. The hot tub is a lot smaller than pictured. Unfortunately, there were only a handful of chairs for the size of the patio and the people, they do day passes for the pool area which makes it hard to get a chair. The towels provided are more like hand towel size and the smoking area is right next to the nonsmoking area so it could have all been smoking and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. The restaurant and bar open at 5 and seemed overwhelmed by a small amount of people. We ordered drinks and they were terrible. What bartender can’t even make an old fashioned, a mule and a margarita?? The front desk staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall a good experience and I would stay again but with managed expectations. The room was nice, spacious and clean but the carpet was damp. They seemed to be making some improvements in the lobby but the building did seem a little tired. The area seems a little rough as well but Dania area is close and nice."

"Booked 1 night at this hotel because it supposed to provide free shuttle to the airport. When we wanted to book for the shuttle, the shuttle is already fully booked and the next one wouldn't be available until 1 hour later and it was too late for our flight. They should provide more tyan 1 shuttle available to book."

"The worst staff I have every stayed. After searching all 4 floors for ice I went to the front desk. I was told rather rudely that "We don't have ice!" We had booked 2 King rooms. 1 was king but the other was 1 full size beds. Again when I inquired at the front desk I was told to take that up with the 3rd party that I booked it through. I would never stay there again. Bad Bad Bad... "

"The hotel was clean and all amenities were good. All the staff was welcoming and helpful and the general manager Jermaine sets a beautiful example to all his staff which is reflected at very interaction. Location is ideal both for airport access and access by public transportation to shopping and beach. Would definitely stay there again."
