"The hotel was difficult to navigate with luggage. We were given the wrong room, then told that that was all they had and were unwilling to work with us because we used a second party site. I also heard the desk person tell a child to go buy his own shower curtain if he wanted one. We didn't have basics such as kleenex or hand soap. "
