Great stay! Definitely some down sides, room was dirty when we arrived, bathroom got extremely wet, and compared to our friends room, our room needed some fixing. This did not take away from the hotel though. The proximity to the beach and the amenities this hotel offers are unbeatable. Beach chairs for free, free drink at taco shack (so good), and a literal one second walk to the beach. Cannot beat this place.

The kitchen (we got a standard queen room) had a very large kitchen. There was no sink/microwave at least in the kitchen in our room, but it had a whole dining room. The room was very spacious. The only downside about the entire stay was that when we check in our room was dirty, but it was cleaned the next day and cleaned everyday after that. Also the bathroom floor gets extremely wet. There was somewhere and tear but the amenities/ proximity to the beach totally cancel it out. Perfect for our stay and I will definitely be back. Even though bathroom was wet front desk was more than helpful in giving towels.

Very clean and well maintained. One block from the beach and several restaurants in walking distance. No frills, but perfect for a long weekend at the beach!

It was a small room and bathroom, but it was clean and centrally located. Many restaurants nearby, steps from the broadwalk and beach. They did provide free coffee in the lobby, but I wish there would have been a coffee machine in the room. There was a small sink area, with a small microwave, and a small refrigerator, but there were no utensils, dishwashing soap, or a garbage can. (Only the one in the bathroom). All in all, it was a nice little room good for the days we spent at the beach.

It was a great little hotel, clean room and a great staff in the front to greet you. They have people at the front desk even at 1 am in the morning so if you get locked out of you room you can still get help. Rooms where clean, and area are clean and are very well kept. The hotel is quiet and they keep the peace, so if you are there to party, think about going somewhere else. I appreciated that there was no noise after hours made by other guests even though I was there during spring break season.

I will start by saying the staff was very friendly and helpful and even accommodated an early check-in, which I appreciated. However, everything went downhill from there. I'm honestly not sure how this hotel has so many good reviews. We must have gotten the worst room they offer because our experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. For starters, the room floor was dirty and full of sand, so we had to wear shoes while walking around. The bed sheets felt damp, like they hadn’t been fully dried or possibly due to the humidity, and they were really scratchy. While lying down, we felt itchy as if something was crawling on us. We checked the sheets and found sand in the bed and brushed it away, but it was so uncomfortable we couldn’t relax. Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with caked-up residue around the base of the toilet where the bolt should have been. There was also a nauseating smell throughout the room that never went away. To make matters worse, the restaurant connected to the hotel played music so loud we couldn’t rest. We also heard a soft knocking sound every few minutes, which was unsettling. Considering the door did not have a deadbolt, the knocking made us feel unsafe. After a couple of hours, we called the front desk to switch rooms, mostly due to the noise, but were told they were fully booked so we'd have to wait until the next day. There was no way we would make it through the night, so we left and booked another hotel. Never again!

Great location and the attached restaurant was good- stayed open late which was nice for our late arrival flight. The room had a window air conditioner that worked fairly well. The TV did not get any standard channels that rooms generally have, and while this would normally not be a big deal, March Madness was happening and we were not able to watch any games in our room- if you like to watch TV before bed there are little to no channels available. But- they have beach towels and chairs for use and staff was very accommodating and friendly! We would stay here again

The hotel was like the pictures, room was super cute, the front desk employees were nice and they have a cute hotel cat named Cheetah. The hotel was so close to the beach. Definitely would book here again.

This small updated motel is colorful, charming and steps from the beach and attractions. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, including Cheetah, the friendly cat that lives there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a fun taco shack around the corner - you get a complimentary drink each day between 5-6 with a hotel key in addition to 20% off your entire order. Just steps away from the boardwalk, ocean, restaurants, bars. They also offer complimentary towels and chairs to take to the beach. If you're looking for a simpler stay in a charming renovated old-school Florida motel, this is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff explained the property very well, parking tip was key(!) and saved us $$$. Beach supplies were a plus. Be careful using the ramp to/fro office when wet. Distance to beach/bars is excellent!
