Very Disappointing Stay – Property Was Not Clean Unfortunately, our experience at Bay Breeze Hotel was extremely disappointing. The condition of the property was nowhere near what we expected based on the listing and the price we paid. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was **visible water damage on the bathroom walls**, several areas of the property were not properly cleaned, and the **sofa had a very strong and unpleasant smell**, to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it. We were travelling as a family with young children, so having a clean and properly maintained place to stay was especially important to us. I contacted the property and requested a refund because I do not believe the accommodation we received was at an acceptable standard or matched what we reasonably expected when booking. **I have photos documenting the condition of the property and the water damage, so this is not simply a matter of personal preference.** Based on our experience, I would not stay here again. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property carefully review recent guest feedback before booking.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They cleaned our room and restocked towels and dishwasher/laundry soap for us on the third day. The kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be full of families. It really was a perfect little place for our family.

Friendly, accommodating staff! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a very difficult time traveling and got there very late. The front desk was proactive at getting us checked in and making sure we were able to access our rooms past check-in time.

Will stay again!

Our stay at as wonderful. The room we had had two separate balconies that over looked the city and park. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came with basic amenities for cooking. The area is also full of families and felt very safe.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment was equipped with basic essentials. The area was quiet. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen as there was nothing to use to take the pan out of the oven with.
