「We arrived after midnight and used the computer kiosk inside the lobby. The man was pleasant and helpful. Check in went smoothly even though it was my first time using the kiosk.」

「Our room had a large balcony and from it during daylight hours we could see the ocean. The hotel is on a bluff but has stairs where guests can walk down to Pismo Beach and walk for miles on the pristine sand and then on the Boardwalk. You can also walk to the cute shops and onto the Pismo Pier. The pier has a Christmas tree lit up at night that you can see from the hotel.」

「I had a very nice stay at the Madonna Inn. The room was really cool, and the restaurant was gorgeous. Staff was extremely friendly all around! I highly recommend staying a night here for a fun and unique experience (and if you want to feel spoiled). I will say that the counter in my room's bathroom (San Francisco)was very close to the toilet which I hit my head on in the middle of the night. Not sure if anything can be done about that or if that was just a me problem haha, but other than that,...

Dining options are a short drive away. Staff are very helpful. We didn’t try the pool and hot tub, but they appeared very inviting in better weather.
