「I love Hotel SLO and have stayed there several times. It’s a beautiful property, in the middle of downtown, with ridiculously comfortable beds and an excellent staff. Unfortunately, the last couple times I’ve stayed there have been some maintenance issues in the rooms that have not been addressed. The door to our bathroom was very difficult to slide and all in all everything in the bathroom was loose, tired, and needed attention. It feels like Hotel SLO is riding on its laurels and not working...

「Only good thing was the beach view. Everything else was meh or not good. Not worth the price. Not sure if staff are new and overwelmed or short staff but both lawn service and maid service were awful.」

「It was really clean Staff were really respectful. The breakfast was good. The pie was good and they have real good service and the cleaning staff also have real good service and they’re always asking you if you need anything and I’m really appreciated of everything they did for me thank you so much.」

「Our experience at Garden Street Inn was exceptional. Situated downtown, it offers easy access to numerous restaurants. The included made-to-order breakfast was excellent. Other guests were quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel lacks its own parking lot, but there is a free loading/unloading zone in front, along with nearby free street parking and a pay parking garage. If parking isn't a concern, I highly recommend staying here. I wish all hotels treated their guests this well!」

「The loft itself was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the nightclub located downstairs in the building operates until 2:00 AM, and the noise level made it extremely difficult to sleep. It honestly felt as though we were inside the party until it ended. Zero sleep was had. 」
