The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). "My fiancé and I decided to getaway for a quick one night stay with our dog and booked this studio. The check in process was smooth and easy and the property was easy to locate. The studio was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed. WiFi was good for streaming which was nice and the water pressure in the shower was also really nice. The property owner was very responsive and communicated really well. Would definitely book again"
