「The entire property inside and outside was quite dirty. As I was checking in another customer entered the lobby and reported the room she was checking into was "filthy" her words. The breakfast tables were covered with dried gunk and the hallways hadn't been vaccumed in a few days. In our room, the blankets were yellowed and tub needed to be scrubbed.」

「I'm travelling solo, and on a tight budget, and I just needed a clean place to rest and secure. Pleasant Inn provided all of that. Staff was very helpful, and quick to respond. Parking is limited on their property, but lots street parking (And it's FREE!) Pleasant Inn is very close to the bay. So expect the seals to be very audible. 「Place was very clean in and out. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only complaint was mattress felt very worn. We recommend bringing your own soap. Their soap was insufficient for one person. Price was fair.」

「The room was perfect for my 6 year old and I. Breakfast spot across the street, pizza down the block and the wharf down the street. I loved the location and the hotel. I’m already looking to return back soon!」
