They need a new sliding door to the patio (very hard to open) and there were mice scratching in the front bedroom at night😳. The toilet was was not secure to the floor in the front bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice stay."

"We really enjoyed the stay here. I liked how it was secluded into the forest and every window had views of the trees and deers really close drive to the coastal access! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was really clean. The highway sound wasn't bad at all but I like a little noise when I sleep. Overall I'm really happy with the decision I made because I was going back and forth on hotel or house and this was a great decision. So much wildlife :)"

Communication with host, Melinda, was easy. She was so helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions that came up during our visit. "We enjoyed our stay here and loved the back deck with views for miles. The master was especially nice with the updated bathroom. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,."

"Favorite moments: sipping my morning coffee from the kitchen table, and looking out at the beautiful scenery. And, relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. This place had everything we needed: fridge, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, etc. The owner Mike was friendly and very flexible on check-in/check-out times. we will definitely return here next time we head to this area."
