We had a great day at the Sands by the sea hotel. The room was very spacious clean and the bed was very comfortable clean bathroom great stay will come again.

You were on a road trip so we only stayed for one day. And we had the opportunity we would extended another day or two. The restaurant was excellent. There was a fun bar across the street. The grounds were very fun to walk on. Just beautiful scene.

The room was just ok. There was no air conditioning and the room was musty. I woke with a headache. Coffee was not available in reception until 7:00 a.m. The outside area around the beach was excellent. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and made recommendations for shopping and eating.

This place was awesome, with a great view of the ocean, very friendly staff and very close to the Hearst Castle. Very enjoyable place with great amenities, unfortunately we weren't able to use it due to one night stay. great and fun to be there.
