「Staff was very helpful when I came very late at night」

「Cute hotel, staff was earnest, excellent shower, comfortable beds, great coffee and pastries delivered to door every morning. BUT, the upgraded room had nowhere to eat the pasties (unless the desk facing the wall). Only one chair, no side table, and larger expanse of wasted space. The refrigerator is a “cooler” that keeps items at “same temp”. Well the temp was warm. We let them know 3 times and got these answer.
