"The front desk staff were all amazing. Absolutely fantastic ladies working there. I feel like I made new friends with the staff on this trip. They were so friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome, and always had time for conversation. The happy hour was so much fun. Big shout out to Jasmine for taking care of us at happy hour. The breakfast was ok, but here is where I see they could really improve. They should offer hard boiled eggs again instead of those processed fake scrambled eggs. Egg prices are low, and on my walks around town I even saw farm fresh egg stands around town. I heard they use to offer hard boiled eggs but stopped when egg prices were high. Well, price of eggs is down again so offer them again. They should serve pure maple syrup instead of the fake high fructose corn syrup full of artificial ingredients. That’s a horrible product to offer. The bagels were always so dry and old. I enjoyed the fresh strawberries on the weekend, but they should offer fresh seasonal fruit like that all week long too. As a special weekend treat, offer fresh locally made donuts from a local bakery in town. That could be a good partnership with a bakery in town. The breakfast is where they need to put more effort in order to shine a bit more. Right now it feels cheap and not good quality."

"Property was well stocked and clean. While the surrounding area is not the nicest, it was quiet and we did not have any issues. We also liked the proximity to the beach and dunes. Downstairs toilet ran constantly, day and night. TV remote did not work, but we figured out how to use the TV without it. Garage door was left unlocked, and did not latch unless locked, which we did not know how to do. Beds are quiet firm, which may be someone's preference, but not mine. Communication was not needed during our stay, but I also did not receive a response when communicating the above issues after check out. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."
