「What a great house. Plenty of room, good floor plan, comfy and so close to downtown, yet still super quiet. We loved it!」

「We are group of 35 women who have gathered for the past 23 years to eat, drink, craft and enjoy each other. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out, visit, puzzle, play games, sit in the sun and all eat together in the dining room. The rooms were plenty large to sleep 4-6 people in each one. The location was perfect…walking distance to the cute town and plenty wineries to drive to as well! And the beach was about a 5 minute drive. We will be back...

「This property is amazing. It’s very quiet and peaceful but still only a mile from downtown Atascadero. The beds are wonderful and the kitchen is beautiful and have nice updates appliances. The outdoor space is definitely the best part of this property. Everything was easy to access and the hot tub with speakers was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I will be staying here again!」

「A wonderful, relaxing return visit for us. It met and exceeded our expectations. As host, Ryan is perfect. His 2 sidekicks, Bourbon and Cider were too. One of our dogs and both humans loved playing with them. The place is understatedly well decorated and comfortable. The huge front porch overlooking the view of the hill, and Morro Rock in the distance when clear, as it was for us. The sunrise and sunsets both were beautiful.
