「Muy buena」

「We stayed at this hotel on a family California road trip. This hotel was a huge disappointment for what we paid for a room (£300), we were under the impression this was a luxury hotel seeing as it was almost double the price of other much nicer hotels we stayed at during our trip. Overall it was quite worn and on the smaller side than the images on expedia show. We had booked a delux twin room, when it came to check-in the girl at the desk said we had a standard room, we explained we had paid...

「Yes, it was good.」

「This property had no hot water in the morning. Later in the day you could get lukewarm water but never hot for a shower. Not acceptable. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Another guest told me it has been out of order for a year! The mirrored door would not close properly. They only had two suitcase carts on property and guests kept them in their rooms because they knew there wouldn’t be any available in the morning. Staff did not offer to carry bags when there were none...

「clean room」

「Clean room. Had king size bed and was nice. Similar to a Motel 6. Only negatives were the shower and mirror for bathroom were meant for someone below 5’5” and fridge in room was on the fritz. Won’t penalize them for the fireworks happening outside as it was in the neighborhood nearby.」

「Great location right on the beach and close to everything. Pool is being remodeled but we came for the beach so it's all good! staff was great and helpful extending our stay for an extra night」

「Staff was accommodating from the beginning. We booked through a third party app and did not see an option to request a pet friendly room. Even though they did not have any available, they checked us into our non-pet room and did not charge us the more expensive non-pet room fee. The outdoor fire pits near the cliff side are great to hang out at and watch the sunset. Even though this location is near the freeway, our “noise conscious” dog was still able to relax.」
