"My stay was extremely disappointing due to constant drilling noise throughout the day. The noise was so loud that the entire building would shake, making it impossible to relax or get any rest. This went on for hours without any proper warning ahead of time. I understand maintenance happens, but this level of disruption should be communicated clearly before booking or at least before check-in. Guests shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of environment, especially when expecting a comfortable stay. The hotel did offer compensation, which I appreciate, but it doesn’t fully make up for the experience. I hope management improves how they handle situations like this in the future."
