Love this place - next to the creek, shaded by oak and sycamore trees - highly recommend if you want to be a bit away from the action - although it’s a 5 minute drive to Avila Beach

Rooms were clean, staff is excellent. Not our first time here. We stay here often and love it. It’s quiet and clean. It has a walking path that leads to Avila Beach one way or Sycamore Springs the other way. Which is a cool quiet place to have a snack or a refreshment. On the premises it has free coffee and tea all day and night. There’s also a little market that has food. I recommend this place
