"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was very enjoyable. We love the enclosed courtyard and proxitimity to the beach and stores. For the past 7 years, we have rented numerous units. We found the units provided beach towels and other amenities. The units were clean and if there was a concern, it was taken care of quickly. We will be back next year."

"We had the best time at the Cobb’s house. There were 9 adults, 7 kids ages 1-14, and we all had a blast! The house was beautiful, clean, and everything was as described. It had every tool to cook and make drinks. There are enough fun activities that you don’t even have to leave the house. The proximity to the beach and little town was wonderful. Parking was easy and was plentiful. The golf cart was so to helpful with getting all our things back and forth to the beach. Both the golf cart and elevator were such amazing amenities especially for our elderly members of the family and for one that just had recently hurt their knee prior to our visit. Lisa was great with communicating, super responsive. I only hope we get the opportunity to come back to enjoy this home again!"
