"The good, the views at this property are simply spectacular!!! Especially at night with the sunset. Aside from that it appears that this property might be a timeshare scenario as the property management was very vague in terms of offering any sort of information with regards to housekeeping. You have to request a day prior according to one of the housekeeping staff members we asked why our room had not been cleaned. Another thing is the water tends to flow very slowly and at times totally goes out when flushing the toilet. The staff is somewhat more attentive towards other guests and that I refer to the timeshare clientele. Other than that the breakfast is good nothing fancy free and to the point. The property is a short 15 minute walk to the pier at pismo. And within driving distance to other attractions. "

"Rooms were clean. Towels were old, threadbare, and yellowed. No street noise, but wall are thin; other guest were heard coming and going. Parking was included and available midweek. Great location. Easy walk to beach. Staff was friendly and efficient."
