「Excellent.」

「We do a trip and gather for a big dinner a few times a year. We seen this estate and this was the location where we wanted to enjoy. House was perfect for all of the different age kids and. Adults. Location closed to many beach’s and restaurants. Over all amazing time and the host was the best I have had on the VRBO app. So I would recommend this location to anyone that asked. 」

「host were very accommodating and hospitable. location was great, view was spectacular. fire pit in front for watching people and sunsets, well equipped back yard with pool hot tub and games. kitchen was large & had anything you would need. lots of seating for dining and gathering.」

「This property is perfect for families, friends, and large groups with 4 bdrm 3 bath in main house and 2 bdrm 1 bath in lower back house. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked with dishes. Family games provided that we used connect 4 and tic tac toe. We brought out Monopoly, but didnt get time to play. Few minutes drive to the beach and SeaWorld. 20 min to San Diego Zoo, 40min to Legoland. Unobstructed view of SeaWorld fireworks at night. 「We had a beautiful weekend, the view out the front window was stunning and so relaxing. The home is in great condition and the lawn games were a really big hit!」

「Our stay was great. There was just a couple of things I felt could have been better. We were 20 minutes early and had to wait outside to enter. The house was ready so I felt there was no reason why we couldn't have entered. When traveling you can't control things to the minute. Another thing was the paperwork said for us to sweep the floors but the broom they had was in great need to be replaced. Other than that, the house was perfect.」

「Great location, quiet neighborhood. Easy to jump on the freeway system if you plan to go to downtown San Diego or the beaches. Nice amenities: Keurig/mini refrigerator, grill, outdoor eating area and comfortable chairs to relax in. 」

「Ideal location for all the San Diego attractions. Amazing home for all ages. Our extended family’s children ranged in age from 16 years to 6 months with plenty of kiddos in between. The younger ones spent hours on the outdoor toys in the front while the older ones spent their time playing foosball, table hockey and shooting pool. After a day at the beach, they all wanted to come back and swim in the pool or hang out in the hot tub and then challenge each other on the arcade games. Truly one of...
