「The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!」

「Host was awesome and helpful! The property is very tight. To pull the sofa beds out you lose all walking space and cannot enter the kitchen. There is not enough room to store the couch cushions while the sofa beds are in use making even less space. There was a water leak the first day in the bathroom coming from the ceiling which we thought was condensation then seemed to stop until the last night. 10. Casa de la Playa!

「There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.」
