Hello! Just one block from the bay, this quiet and cozy beach house with private parking and patio is ideal for anyone who wants a coastal getaway, while still being close enough to the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of San Diego. We have all the amenities you need, with a comfy King bed, coffee bar, large private patio w/ BBQ, 2 bikes, 2 paddleboards, and a kayak too. Walkable to restaurants, parks, the bay, and the beach, your perfect vacation is a click away! **No cleaning required**. Unlike other rentals, we will never ask you to clean the property. That's what the cleaning fee is for. You're on vacation, just lock up and leave, we got you! **This property is older with an older kitchen and bathroom. If you're looking for modern luxury, this home is not for you.

We also have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN as well as other free Roku apps on both the living room and bedroom TVs!

**Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily. This home HAS NOT been child proofed and there are cactus plants on the patio.**

No parties and no smoking. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Be considerate of your surroundings, as neighbors may be working from home.
You are required to use the helmets if you take the beach cruisers out and the provided life vests when using the Stand Up Paddleboards and/or Kayak.
Please, no pets on the furniture, & help control the hair. Please take your dog off the property to pee, urine on the patio smells & kills the plants.

Thoughtful host

We had a great stay in this cute San Diego home. Bikes made it easy to get to Pacific Beach. Lots of thoughtful extras such as paddle boards, sunscreen and coffee.

Perfect location and place for a weekend

I stayed here for a weekend and the size was perfect for 1-2 people. Bed was super comfy, the checkin process was seamless and easy, tons of towels. I didn’t get to use the bikes or any extras because it wasn’t warm enough but having all of those was a huge perk.

Nice beach getaway

Would definitely recommend for a short stay in PB. Prime location by the bay and beach. Host was professional and communicative. Checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We did not have our dog with us, but it seems to be a very dog friendly unit which is a plus.

Perfect Little Getaway for 2

We had a very nice stay. Close to the beach for morning walks and not too far to walk to shopping and restaurants. The patio is perfect - private and quiet. Parking was no problem. We hope to return soon!
