"Wonderfully renovated 1905 mansion hotel. A pleasure to stay there. Friendliest staff and just 10 steps away from the sea/Boulevard. "

Hotel parking easy, right in front of the hotel, you can purchase a parking permit from the hotel or pay via your phone. 5-minute walk to loads of fantastic restaurants. 10-minute walk to the pier along the beach front. Hotel room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, TV had a great selection of channels to watch from, had a great sleep! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value for money! "

"I checked in and out with in 10 mins the first impressions of the hotel are it’s run down and looks derelict with smashed windows, into the lobby dark, dated and dirty with a hall in the wall. As you go through the property the carpet is stained and the walls are dirty, in the room I was allocated, bathroom was dirty with rusty dirt toilet brush, dirty desk area, broken fan and paint peeling off, net curtains dirty with holes. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star"
