「Lovely surroundings and nice staff as usual」

「Claverton staff, food, room and gardens all excellent. The functions on 2 nights in function room and beer garden below our room was noisy and therefore took edge off stay hence the 4 stars and would not return in the future.」

「場所は町の中心にあり、ロケーションもよく、通りに面しており、目を引く素敵な外観なので分かりやすいです。　ホテルの中も、お部屋も古い歴史を感じるとても素敵な造りです。お部屋も清潔で快適でした。ホテル内は入り組んだ迷路のようになっていて見てるだけでも楽しめました。エレベーターはないです。ホテルのパブが閉まった後も２４時間いつでもお酒を頼めるのでお客さんがいなくなったホテルのバーでゆっくりできました。最高に優雅な時間を過ごせました。とても素敵なホテルですが、強いて言えば、夫も言っていましたが、ホテルの方に笑顔がなく、機械的な対応の方が多かったですがきちんと仕事してくれました。チェックアウトも１２時なのでゆっくり過ごせました。」

「Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...
