「Fantastic location. Lovely staff on the whole. Outside grassy area had a lot of cigarette butts which was unpleasant. Also outside seating on grass a few more options would be good. Most of the seats were really low. Will definitely be back.」

「Our room was Yew and Eye, one of the newly built cabins in the garden of this historic inn with a twist. The design is like nothing we’ve ever seen before with surprises every way you look. The room itself has human eyeballs as a decorative theme which was fascinating and amusing. The standard double bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of useful storage and good ventilation. A huge marvellous and stylish shower. Gardens, bars, reception and restaurants are all full of delights and...

「The property was perfect for the 3 of us and 2 friends joined us for thelast 4 day, and there was still plenty of room. The veranda overlooked a small stream with ducks, fish and a moorhen, right on the edge of a nature reserves with very easy access. 2 of the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, whi h were snug but perfectly adequate. We were very happy with our stay.」
