「Only downside for me was the bed, making creaking noises every time I moved. I could hear the bed in room above had same problem. It didn't impact my stay too much.」

「This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! It is over priced. The rooms are small as is the shower room. The hotel needs updating. It is expensive and definitely don't book breakfast. We were not asked what we would like for a cooked breakfast. Instead this was placed in front of us within 2 minutes of us sitting down! It had been sitting around and definitely not cooked to order. 「We had a lovely stay in the Beacon View accommodation. It has a back deck with a superb view so we were disappointed it rained for the whole time lol. Perfect spot for exploring the South Downs National Park, or hopping to Lewes, or like us a day trip to Drusillas Zoo....」

「とても良かった。 良い点、 1)部屋は広く明るく、暖かかった。 2)オーナーはとても親切だった。 重い荷物も部屋まで運んでくれた。 電球が切れていたので言ったらすぐ交換してくれた。 いつも会うといろいろ話しかけてくれた。 3)朝ごはんは8時から10時までで、イングリッシュブラックファスト、オムレツ、エッグベネディクト、ともう一つ忘れましたが、の4種類から好きに選べるだけでなく、ミックスしたり追加できたりした。 他にもフルーツやシリアル、パンやヨーグルトなどもあり、評判通り美味しかった 4)周りは静かだった。 いまいちだったところ。 1)エレベーターがない。これは知っていたので別に困らなかった。 2)シャワーの水圧が弱かった。これはほとんどのイーストボーン のホテルと同じ問題である。海辺なので水圧は弱いそうです。 でもバスタブはあったので、ゆっくりできた。 その他、 ベッドは私にはちょうどの硬さだったが、人によっては若干固く感じるかも。 」
