「Exterior was not clean.....The room was excellent and staff willing yo please」

「Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and welcoming experience. The staff were warm and attentive, and the service offered solid value for money. That said, the balcony could have benefited from more thorough cleaning, and the absence of in-room WiFi was a notable drawback—especially since access was limited to the lobby. With a few improvements in cleanliness and connectivity, the hotel has the potential to offer an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.」

「Old building, but clean and well maintained. Family room is big enough, especially bath room. Satisfied with breakfast. Good location in front of seaside walk with variety of restaurants nearby. Only negative point is shower. Water pressure is not strong enough.」

「部屋は広く清潔だが、通路及び部屋のドア開閉音が、部屋に響く。上階の歩行音も大きい。駐車場があると聞いていたが、実際には路駐で駐車場所を探す必要がある。この近辺のホテルはどこも同じかもしれない。」

「Solo trip post hiking the Seven Sister's Cliffs. A beautiful and calm place to go to after a challenging hike. My room had a gorgeous view of the English Channel and the entire room and bathroom felt like you were staying in a top spa accommodation. Breakfast was of an array of nice choices. I will come again with my family!」

「入口へのアクセスがスロ―プがなく重いス―ツケ―スを運び入れるのに苦労した。従業員が少く手が足りない感じ。窓際に重い机等がありカ―テンの開閉がやりにくい。洗面ボールが小さく水が床に溢れる。シャワ―の湯がなかなか出ない。」

「My wife and I had an incredible stay at the lovely Port Hotel with a stunning waterfront view providing gently rolling waves for ambience with the windows cracked open. The staff were perfect and the Eastbourne waterfront was everything we'd hoped for an authentic English coastal experience. Although was not an issue for us, be aware there are no elevators so if you book an upper floor then you're in for a good workout getting up and down the stairs daily -- especially getting heavy bags up and...

「昔ながらのスタイルのB&Bという感じで、建物は古そうでしたが綺麗で、スタッフもフレンドリーだしいい感じのホテルです。部屋は狭かったですが、風呂の湯もしっかりでたし、バスタブも大きめでいいです。部屋は海側ではなかったのですが、朝食会場からは海が見渡せてよかったです。雨の予報だったけど、晴れてきたので、バスツアーでセブンシスターズを見にゆきました。駅からスーツケースを引きずって行ったのはちょっときつかったけど、よく調べたらバスで行けたので、帰りはバスにしました。」

「I stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as it’s very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as it’s free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)」
