Had a lovely stay at Colson House. Very comfortable and great location for access to the beach and town centre. Billy was a brilliant host - very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Colsdon house is a lovely little place to stay. The place was clean, comfy beds & friendly staff. Would recommend the stay there but would suggest not to park your car under the trees as it'll get seagull bombed 😀

Such a charming and quiet hotel. The bed was so comfy and the room was spacious And clean. One of the owners Billy was really friendly. Is central to Kemp town area. Recommend this hotel.

I loved our stay at Colson House, John is the ideal host and the room was stylish and nipping clean. John had lots of local advice for parking, shopping and bars, and map and events were available in the reception hallway. I will definitely be returning I felt safe on my return as there was always a warm welcome from John (from the balcony whilst enjoying the sunshine). It’s the little touches like this make a world of difference
