"We really enjoyed our stay in Sayulita. The property and rooms had a bohemian feel, and the views were amazing since it was on the beach. The rooms were pretty basic, and it was a little tough to get extra clean towels after a beach day. One thing to note is that the rooms are located above the DJ area, so it can get a bit loud at night. However, the music ended by 10 PM, so it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Overall, the beach view made for a great stay."

"Central location and close to restaurants and bars. If you like loud music and bands playing most nights until 3am, this is your place. Our kids didn’t find the sofa bed that comfortable but it was good enough for 3 nights. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and balcony. The only complaint I have is every time someone showers the bathroom floor would be super wet. The shower door wasn’t well designed. We would hang dry the bath mat every day. Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom was releasing bad...

"El Refugio was a beautiful spot but most important, the people were so welcoming and attended to me like friends. In fact, they became my friends over a short period of time and for my first ever time in Mexico plus my first ever solo trip, they made this whole experience so much better. I will definitely miss them until next time ;)"
