Super clean rooms and helpful staff. Given an upgrade at a very good price

Very nice and clean, helpful staff but they are all trained to immediately sign you up for the tour for the timeshare. I mention this because at least 4 different staff members tried to direct me to it. First they offer you something free. "Hi, how are you...after you finish answering, oh wow, well I would love to give you some free vouchers! We can get you 150 dollars of free vouchers to restaurants and free night. That's where they sign you up for the "tour" I am going through a divorce so I didn't qualify. But beware of the tactics they use to get you to do the timeshare. They ALL do it. I loved that they had a monorail stop at the hotel. Didn't like having to pay for parking on top of the hotel fee and they put a 100 dollar hold on your card until check out as well.

​I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The pool area is a highlight and a lovely place to relax. However the poolside service and food quality are the two areas that could really improve and make a perfect stay.

Went for a girls trip and we wanted something a little off the busy side of the strip. It was perfect. The on-site bar and restaurant are good and walking distance to quick bites like In & Out. There is also a Starbucks on-site. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

I have stayed at this resort once to twice a year since 2014. First time booking through Jet Luxury, and while almost everything was as usual one thing that I did not like and was a turn off was that all housekeeping needs were not met. The front desk and building house keepers do not assist. You need to get a hold of the company, which is nearly impossible because they run weird bankers hours and even at that you need to specify what needs to be done. I was there for four nights and they never changed the sheets even though I asked, I only got fresh towels twice and the other three times I was bringing towels from pool. They don’t empty the trash at all unless you specify that. Needless to say I won’t be booking through this host anymore.
