Europe Food and Wine Vacations

Excellent hotel 3 minutes walk to Centrale station which has a direct metro link to the Duomo area. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice for all tastes. The rooms are good with a supply of tea & coffee, a free soft drinks mini bar, comfortable bed and a bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath and a shower. There is also a bar with complementary snacks in the evening.

It was a great location, beautiful rooftop view and our view of the Temple of Zeus was incredible.

We stayed before a flight, the shuttle to and from the terminals was really useful and welcomed first thing in the morning. We were unfortunately disappointed with the room condition, the hotel needs some TLC and retouching (e.g paint and doors condition) and I didn't feel it matched the photos and description. Unsure of how well maintained the rooms are since we saw moths in the carpet. It did its job before an early flight, but it didn't meet our expectations.

Delicious breakfast with extensive buffet.

Check in staff were very helpful and friendly, we were able to have a room not long after we arrived early from a cruise ship. The room was comfortable and very clean. We had pizzas in the lobby restaurant and really enjoyed them. This is probably our 7th time at this hotel, we love it for its convenience being so close to the Airport. We will be back!

Everything was fine! Thank you.

Super friendly staff, lovely food in the hotel diner, and convenient free water refills. Really modern lighting and super comfortable bed. Loved it!

Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture Kettle - element broken/burnt TV - no channels available/not working Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful. Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay.
