Clean room and provided everything I needed. The breakfast is fabulous with a stunning view of the Patheoñ.

The view, the staff and the location was perfect

The hotel is clean and nice. We first got the room on the 5th floor, it was small, looked old and dark, the faucet leaked, the ceiling in the hallway had cracks. We asked for another room and got one on the 4th floor - new, spacious and renovated. So looks like the experience depends on which room you get. Breakfast - simple but had everything we needed.

Spent a long weekend at the Grandior Hitel. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean. Reception is always open. Bar and Restaurants very clean, staff polite and very helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to various sites etc. Definitely recommend the Grandior Hotel.

Second time we have stayed here when visiting Krakow. It’s in a great location 5 mins walk to Kazimierz and 10 mins to the old square, with the Banksy museum next door and a railway station 3 mins walk. Hotel is spotless, with great staff , food and drinks are good quality and value. Comprehensive buffet breakfast is ideal way to start the day.

Staff was excellent and helpful, food was good, and room was nice and comfortable. Our only disappointment was leaving on the airport shuttle, the driver was indifferent, unfriendly, and was not forthcoming with drop off point. However, we tipped him 10 euros (though he did not deserve it) and suddenly his attitude became very friendly. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel; there were four in our party.

The main thing about the hotel that sells it is the location and handiness to shops and tourist areas of London. The room was clean but sadly very dated with no kettle or tea/coffee sachets in the room. I do love getting to an hotel room where there are some refreshments and bottles of water but sadly not in this one. Air conditioning did not work but there were fans to use. Very small sad looking TV but again we didn’t watch it apart from when in bed at night to settle to sleep. There were bath towels but no hand towel but I did get one on request. I didn’t find staff friendly at all compared to other hotels where staff are welcoming, it wasn’t the case here. But we were only there 3 nights and not in room much so can’t really complain.
